Thanks for purchasing our products at Cinta Rose!
We do not accept returns for change of mind, however if your product is damaged please contact us with details and any relevant photos via email at hello@cintarose.com.au, or contact us via our page here.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Items must be returned at the buyers cost, this will not be refunded by us.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is returned after 30 calendar days have passed, or does not show any damage, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we do not offer a refund or return for any digital items you may have purchased.
