Hi there, I’m Cinta Rose!

I was born on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia twenty-five years ago, which undoubtedly stemmed my fascination and love for sea creatures of all kinds.

I currently live in rural Queensland with my partner Lachlan, our baby son Jerzy, and our little black cat named Bug. This type of outback environment is also a huge source of inspiration for me, creating a mix of both oceanic and Australiana type subjects.

I have a vibrant and colourful approach to my life and my art, and I love to draw my inspirations from my environments around me, combining with my important memories and experiences that have shaped me as a person. I love a feeling of nostalgia and happiness through my art, as I mix my past and my present into one.

I am constantly switching mediums, always excited by the next thing I can discover with a new art supply. Commonly I will stick to a range of digital medias, watercolours, acrylic paint, gouache and pencil.
